I started watching it in an 'ironic' sense when someone put the link on facebook, but am now totally hooked! Totally back-to-backed all the episodes and am now wanting more....I love the fact that it's in my neighbourhood and now I find myself looking out for the local stars....there's something strangely engaging about watching this drama taking place in such familiar surroundings, although while part of me feels it is something to bring the community together, another part of me feels that this might be achieved if more of us got off our @rses and went to the park instead of sitting in our separate rooms and watching this on the internet....?
Oh, you know what? for a moment there I considered suggesting some sort of 'let's meet in the park and see what genuine scandals people have to share' kind of event, in the spirit of this whole Hilltoppers soap thing actually starting a real-life shared-narrative/good old-fashioned gossip mill....but then I thought - I'd rather just watch another 10 episodes....are there going to be more episodes? If not, then maybe my half-baked idea of meeting up and everyone telling at least one scandalous thing about themselves would be a good idea?!? If you're shy, we could have an anonymity procedure!?! I'm sure it would titillate the writer into creating some more episodes and if not, it would definitely encourage me to get out and about more, with the enticement of some local intrigue....OK, this started as a general stream of consciousness rambling, but would anyone be up for doing this? A HIlltoppers fan meet in the park? Is that a weird suggestion? Clearly, it IS a weird suggestion, but if it appeals to anyone, I suppose you can reply to this post....

Hi Jodie - apologies for not getting back sooner. We are certainly not shy and if you come up to the Telegraph Hill Centre on Sunday 12 noon onwards you will see most of the stars and the writer/producer/director there! You will also see we have turned one of our locations (Moss's hideout) into the Hill Station - a community cafe for Tel Hill. There is a Christmas special and another series in the pipeline...do make yourself known to us..we'd love more people to join in and help on Hilltoppers.
    Best
    Maxine (Producer)

Just in case this doesn't get seen immediately the next Sunday in question is July 18th - the same day as the Big Lunch. And I am ALWAYS glad to hear storyline suggestions....
